Измерена податливость актиновых нитей, с а, в волокнах скелетной мышцы лягушки. По данным механических экспериментов с волокнами Rana esculenta с, а — 2,3 — 2,5 нм-Го-'-мкм" 1, где Го — активное изометрическое напряжение при 4 °C («230 кН-м» 2). Оценка этой величины для волокон Rana temporaria по изменению положения актиновой слоевой линии А6 са — 4,8 нм-Го-'-мкм-1 (Т ()" 340 кН-м*2). Построена… Читать ещё >
