Впервые нами было показано не только биологический эффект р~ эндорфина, пентарфина и циклопентарфина на развитие ранних эмбрионов, но и также установлены основные компоненты сигнальной системы неопиоидного рецептора Р-эндорфина. В работе показано, что передача сигнала исследуемыми пептидами при активации неопиоидных рецепторов Р-эндорфина осуществляется через аденилатциклазную сигнальную систему… Читать ещё >
