Диссертация
Сахарный диабет первого типа (СД 1 типа) — заболевание, характеризующееся дефицитом секреции инсулина р-клетками поджелудочной железы. Большинство случаев сахарного диабета 1 типа связаны с аутоиммунными процессами. Существенная роль в развитии СД 1 типа принадлежит генетическим предрасполагающим факторам.
