Диссертация
Как нами было установлено, одним из эффективных методов определения лекарственной устойчивости М. tuberculosis является биочиповый метод. Особенно эффективен этот метод для определения устойчивости к рифампицину, поскольку обе стадии полимеразной цепной реакции могут быть проведены в одной пробирке, а биочип после анализа может быть многократно регенерирован.
