В условиях роста частоты развития ХПН и необходимости более раннего контроля функционального состояния почек у больных АГ целесообразно более широкое динамическое определение СМП. Определение СМП в утренней порции мочи в качестве скринингового теста у таких пациентов позволит своевременно выявить повреждения почек и использовать ГП с доказанными нефропротективными свойствами.
