Метаболические аспекты фитосимбиоза аэробных метилотрофных бактерий

Впервые у метилотрофных бактерий обнаружены гены, кодирующие ферменты биосинтеза ауксинов — индолил-3-пируватдекарбоксилазы и декарбоксилирующей оксилительной дезаминазы ароматических L-аминокислот. Установлено, что индолил-3-пируватный путь является основным путем биосинтеза ИУК у Methylobacterium extorquens AMI, хотя не исключается функционирование альтернативных путей с участием неизвестных… Читать ещё >
