Роль Helicobacter pylori в патогенезе онкологических заболеваний желудочно-кишечного тракта
Диссертация
Как известно, развитию раков желудка предшествует хронический атрофический гастрит, в этиологии которого важную роль играет персистенция Н. pylori, что приводит к прогрессированию патологических изменений в слизистой желудка (Meining А. е.а., 2001). Установлено, что у лиц, инфицированных Н. pylori, рак желудка встречают в 4−8 раз чаще, чем у здоровых, что послужило одним из аргументов в пользу… Читать ещё >
