Диссертация
Анализ функционирования различных генов в злокачественной опухоли показывает отсутствие экспрессии одних и гиперэкспрессию других. Оказалось, что аномальное метилирование CpG-островков генов-супрессоров в опухоли, является одним из наиболее значимых механизмов канцерогенеза, а метилирование, с последующей инактивацией генов-супрессоров, может выступать, и как первая, и как вторая… Читать ещё >
