Исследование позволило с помощью комплексного методического подхода определить влияние двусторонней хронической нейростимуляции субталамического ядра на выраженность основных проявлений болезни Паркинсона, на динамику нейропсихологических и эмоциональных нарушений, а также проявлений клинического патоморфоза (лекарственных дискинезий и моторных флюктуаций) при длительном течении болезни… Читать ещё >
