Хроническое воспаление и повышенная кровоточивость кишечной стенки при неспецифическом язвенном колите (НЯК) и болезни Крона (БК) приводят к активации тромбоцитарного и плазменного гемостаза. Концентрация фибриногена, одного из белков острой фазы воспаления, значительно возрастает.
