Роль гистаминергической системы мозга в регуляции пик-волновой активности при абсансной эпилепсии

В данной работе на крысах линии WAG/Rij было показано, что введение тиоперамида и метоприна, препаратов, повышающих с помощью разных механизмов эндогенный уровень гистамина в мозге, вызывает усиление пик-волновой активности абсансной эпилепсии.
