Распределение Р65 субъединицы транскрипционного фактора NF-kB и изоформ ?-актинина в связи с реорганизацией актинового цитоскелета в клетках А431
Диссертация
Данные об участии актинового цитоскелета в регуляции NF-кВ, полученные в нашей лаборатории, свидетельствуют о том, что NF-кВ солокализуется в цитоплазме нормальных фибробластов вдоль стресс-фибрилл и в фокальных контактах. Методом аффинной хроматографии на колонках было подтверждено, что NF-klB может связываться с иммобилизованным F-актином и высказано предположение, что распределение NF-кВ… Читать ещё >
