Актуальность работы. Для стимулирования посттравматической регенерации спинного мозга активно изучают возможность доставки в область повреждения нейротрофических факторов, молекул адгезии, противоапоптозных молекул, нейтрализаторов естественных ингибиторов роста аксонов и др.
