В связи с этим необходим поиск новых методических подходов для эффективной диагностики микоплазм. Одним из наиболее перепек-? тивных методов в настоящее время является полимеразная цепная реi акция (ПЦР), основанная на амплификации in vitro специфических последовательностей ДНК.
