В нашей работе использовали зонды с комплементарными концевыми последовательностями по типу «молекулярных маячков» (molecular beacons). В качестве ДНК-мишеней были выбраны участки гена 23S рибосомальной РНК и флагеллярного гена fliC, специфичность которых была изучена в работах исследователей Волгоградского НИПЧИ, а также orfl3 из кластера генов III типа секреции (TTS1) данных микроорганизмов… Читать ещё >
