Особенности азооспермии при варикоцеле
Диссертация
Выявляемая в 10−20% случаев среди всех мужчин, имеющих изменения в спермограмме, азооспермия является наименее изученной причиной мужского бесплодия. В 15−18% случаев азооспермия является обструктивной, в 5−6% обусловлена первичным гипогонадизмом, примерно в 20% — аномалиями хромосом и микроделециями У-хромосомы (Ьеугоп 1. е1 а1., 2001; №катига е! а1., 2001).
