Тактика лечения фенотипических вариантов болезни Крона толстой кишки
Диссертация
Общими критериями прогноза удовлетворительного терапевтического ответа на базисные противовоспалительные препараты для всех фенотипических вариантов БКТК являются: низкая активность заболевания, отсутствие перианальных проявлений и непрерывного течения болезни. Критериями прогноза, которые зависят от фенотипического варианта БКТК, являются возраст и длительность анамнеза. В возрасте до 30 лет… Читать ещё >
