Особенности токсического действия 2, 4, 6-тринитротолуола на штаммы Bacillus Subtilis Ski и Pseudomonas Fluorescens B-3468
Диссертация
Научная новизна работы. Установлено, что все исследованные концентрации ТНТ токсичны для В. subtilis. SKI. При низких концентрациях ТНТ (20 мг/л) в среде культура сохраняет активный метаболизм и жизнеспособность. После элиминации ТНТ из среды культивирования бактерии переходят к активному росту.
