В последнее время выделяется новая нозологическая единица, названная IgG4-CBfl3aHHoe заболевание (IgG4-C3). Его критериями являются повышение уровня IgG4 в сыворотке и инфильтрация IgG4+ плазматическими клетками тканей с признаками фиброза или склероза.
