РА1СТИЧЕС1Ш1 ЦЕННОСТЬ РАБОТЫ Найденные дрожжи S. salmonicolor 2557 по L-фенилаланин- -аммиак-лиазной активности в 1,5−2,0 раза превосходят Rhodotorula texensis с которьши работали зарубежные исследователи (Kawaquchi et al, I97I).
