Актуальность проблемы. Иммунная система матери в период гестации испытывает значительное влияние со стороны репродуктивных гормонов, в том числе основного гормона беременности хорионического гонадотропина (ХГ). Известно, что наряду с регуляцией стероидогенеза плаценты и плода, гормон активно участвует в контроле иммунных процессов.
