Успех ТП зависит от многих факторов, в том числе, от состояния больного на момент операции (Goss J.А., 1996; Готье С. В., 2002). Вопрос влияния исходного состояния потенциального реципиента на течение посттрансплантационного периода до сих пор остается актуальным.
