Абсолютными противопоказаниями для выполнения АКШ у больного ИКМП следует считать: рефрактерную к медикаментозной терапии ХСНиндекс КДО ЛЖ более 140 мл/м2, предполагаемое время пережатия аорты более 100 мин. Относительными противопоказаниями к выполнению АКШ у больных ИКМП следует считать: ФИ ПЖ менее 28% в покое, и ее достоверное снижение в ответ на разгрузочные пробы с увеличением КДО… Читать ещё >
