Выявление и типирование возбудителей сальмонеллеза молекулярно-генетическими методами
Диссертация
В качестве мишеней для типирования штаммов сальмонелл методом секвенирования могут быть использованы области островков патогенности. Гены, расположенные в этой области (в том числе Inv и Spa), имеются у штаммов всех подвидов S. enterica и показывают структурную и функциональную гомологию с аналогичными последовательностями патогенных штаммов родов Yersinia и Shigella, локализованными в плазмидах… Читать ещё >
