Диссертация
Известно, что основным фактором, ограничивающим патологическое влияние АМК в организме человека, являются антиоксидантные системы. При этом ведущую роль играет комплекс антиоксидантных ферментов, включающий супероксиддисмутазу, каталазу и глютатионпероксидазу (Fridovich I., 1997).
