Диссертация
ФМР определяется как регургитация, не зависящая от органических (врожденных или приобретенных) повреждений митрального клапана, развивающаяся при нормальных створках и хордах, в результате локальной или генерализованной дисфункции ЛЖ. Важную роль в ее развитии играет изменение формы ЛЖ от эллипсоидной до сферической, ведущее к перемещению папиллярных мышц и ограничению подвижности митрального… Читать ещё >
