Среди предикторов увеличения конечно-диастолического индекса (КДИ) были названы размеры и локализация инфаркта, проходимость инфаркт-связанной артерии и время восстановления в ней кровотока, степень нейро-гормональной активации (симпатической нервной системы и системы ренин-ангиотензин-альдостерон), а также стабильность и зрелость формируемого в зоне инфаркта рубца.
