Диссертация
Известно, что в миокарде при различных патологиях развиваются два основных процесса: гипертрофия кардиомиоцитов и прогрессирующее накопление фиброзной ткани в интерстиции, при этом ранее акцент делался исключительно на состоянии кардиомиоцитов, и только в последние годы пристальное внимание уделяют состоянию интерстйция.
