Таким образом, в настоящей работе мы впервые продемонстрировали, что влияние гомоцистеина на нейтрофилы зависит от функционального состояния этих клеток. В отсутствие дополнительной активации клеток, гомоцистеин в физиологических концентрациях выступает в роли антиоксиданта, аналогично таурину или глутатиону, нейтрализуя гипохлорит, продуцируемый миелопероксидазой, а так же обладает способностью… Читать ещё >
