Научная новизна. Впервые проведено комплексное исследование морфофункциональных и молекулярных характеристик МСК, выделенных из жировой ткани пациентов разного возраста с ИБС и без нее. Установлено, что в МСК-ЖТ с возрастом происходит укорочение теломер и снижается доля активно пролиферирующих клеток.
