Диссертация
I. На основе кинетического анализа зависимости Na, K-ATP-азной активности от концентрации ионов N’a* и К+ определены параметры ГЪ, РЧцр дробно-рациональной функции, описывающей зависимость стационарной скорости реакции от концентрации данных лигандов: а) количество Ка±участков, занятие которых необходимо для активации гидролиза АТР ионами натрия равно четырем (а =4), а количество ](а±участков… Читать ещё >
