выводы.

1. Получены пригодные к рентгеноструктурному анализу кристаллы комплекса рибосомного белка М]аЬ1 с фрагментом его мРНК, и двух комплексов рибосомного белка ТЧЫЛ с разными по длине фрагментами архейной мРНК, кодирующей белок Муа Ы.

2. Определены пространственные структуры комплекса муаЫ-мРНК^аи с разрешением 3.4 и комплекса ТЧЫЛ-мРНКмуаы с разрешением 2.6 (совместно с группой структурных исследований рибосомных белков).

3. Получены мутантные формы белков М]а1Л и ТЧЫЛ с заменами аминокислотных остатков, вовлеченных в РНК-белковые взаимодействия, и измерены константы связывания этих белков с мРНК и рРНК. Подтверждено выдвинутое ранее предположение о ключевой роли кластера консервативных аминокислотных остатков первого домена белка Ы в специфическом связывании с РНК.

Подтверждены выводы, сделанные из сравнительного анализа структур комплексов Ы-рРНК и Ы-мРНК, об определяющей роли домена II белка Ы в обеспечении повышенного сродства этого белка к рРНК по сравнению с его сродством к мРНК.

4. Получены кристаллы ряда мутантных форм белка Ь1, что позволило определить пространственные структуры пяти из этих мутантных белков.

Показано, что замены полярных остатков на аланин не приводят к значительным изменениям рельефа поверхности белка Ь1, контактирующей с РНК.
