САМР-зависимая индукция 2, 5-олиго/А/синтетазы
Диссертация
Большая часть нашей работы включала определение активности 2,5-олиго/А/синтетазы в частично очищенных лизатах фибробластов мыши. Эту очистку мы проводили, пропуская клеточный лизат через колонку ДЭАЭ-целлюлозы, уравновешенную 20 мМ Трис-КС1 буфером. При этом достигалась очистка активности по белку в 2,5−3 раза и практически полное освобождение препарата от 2'-фосфодиэстераз-ной активности. Если… Читать ещё >
