Получение и иммунологическая характеризация полноразмерных рекомбинантных белков NP, VP40 вируса Эбола и VP40, VP35 вируса Марбург
Диссертация
Все полученные рекомбинантные белки сохранили способность взаимодействовать с антивирусными МКА. Это позволило сконструировать лабораторные варианты тест-систем с использованием рекомбинантных антигенов и МКА для выявления вирусных антигенов.
