Цитогенетические эффекты нефтехимического загрязнения у детей чеченской популяции в зависимости от полиморфизма генов оксидативного ответа, детоксикации ксенобиотиков и репарации ДНК
Диссертация
Установлено, что у рыб, обитающих в ручье, который протекает через территорию нефтехимического комплекса, высокая частота микроядер и ядерных аномалий (de Lemos et al., 2008). Выявлены повреждения ДНК и микроядра в печени и в костном мозге у крыс, которых кормили мидиями, обитающих в загрязненных нефтепродуктами водоемах (Lemiere et al., 2004).
