С помощью калориметрического метода регистрации кинетики ферментативных реакций (Титов В.Ю. и др. 1988, Петренко Ю. М. и др. 1989) впервые показано, что нитрит в концентрациях 10″ 5 — 10″ 6 М, т. е. реально встречающихся в органах и тканях, способен обратимо ингибировать каталазу в присутствии нормальных для плазмы крови концентраций хлорида и тиоцианата, а также в присутствии бромида.
