Мы рассмотрели три разных научных труда. Исследования были проведены в Германии, Испании и Индии. Общими выводами служит новаторство. В проведенных исследованиях авторы говорят о нововведениях в области науки, техники, образовательных стандартов.
Как и русские ученые в области HR технологий, зарубежные выступают за продвижение новых технологий. Для того, чтобы повысить экономику предприятия, да и страны, в целом, нужно задуматься о рациональном использовании труда. Одни авторы говорят о необходимости реформ, в сфере образования, другие о применение новых технологий и методов измерения результативности труда. Поскольку человечество совершенствуется, происходят новые бизнес-процессы — необходим новый уровень измерения показателей человеческих ресурсов.
