Диссертация
На каждом этапе технологии получения трансгенных млекопитающих эмбрионы подвергаются воздействию различных биотехнологических манипуляций, таких как инкубация зародышей в манипуля-ционных средах, микроинъекция чужеродной ДНК, культивирование микроинъецированных зигот in vitro и трансплантация эмбрионов псевдобеременным реципиентам.
