Анатомо-функциональные особенности развития макулы у детей с ретинопатией недоношенных
Диссертация
У детей с благоприятными исходами РН процесс дифференцировки макулы, включающий формирование фовеальной депрессии и увеличение макулярного объёма «запаздывает» в 50% случаев до 12 мес. жизни и отсутствует в 75% к 6 мес. корригированного возраста — (в отличие от доношенных, у которых этот процесс завершается к 6−7 мес.).
