Диссертация
Изучение реформ, проводимых в России в межреволюционное десятилетие, позволяет дать ответы на многие вопросы отечественной истории, лучше понять причины последующих, переломных для страны, событий. Сегодня, когда перед Россией стоят многие из тех же проблем, что и девяносто лет назад, исторический опыт наших предшественников должен быть тщательно изучен и проанализирован.
