Диссертация
Повышение уровня АФК сверх предела, обусловленного антиоксидантной защитой, приводит биологические системы в состояние «окислительного стресса», которое сопровождается перекисным окислением липидов, мутагенными изменениями ДНК, модификациями белков и приводит к различным патологическим процессам.
