Дифференциальная диагностика и лечение
Диссертация
Установлены основные клинические и инструментальные диагностические критерии, болезни Паркинсона и сосудистого паркинсонизма. Выявлено, что наличие лейкоареоза, лакунарных изменений перивентрикулярного и глубинного белого вещества, стенозирующее поражение магистральных артерий головного мозга достоверно чаще встречаются у больных с сосудистым паркинсонизмом.
