Повреждение эндотелия вызывает экспрессию клеточных молекул адгезии и продукцию биологически активных соединений, регулирующих хемотаксис, адгезию и скопление нейтрофильных лейкоцитов в месте повреждения сосудистой стенки. Инфильтрация иммунокомпетентных клеток в зоне повреждения способствует развитию оксидативного стресса и выделению цитокинов, которые могут выступать в качестве медиаторов… Читать ещё >
