В результате многолетних исследований феномена транслокации бактерий из желудочно-кишечного тракта проф. В. И. Никитенко (2011) впервые обнаружен природный штамм бактерий Bacillus subtilis 804, продуцирующий бактериальный фактор роста фибробластов.
