Эволюционная изменчивость вирусов гриппа А, циркулировавших в России в 1997-2007 гг
Диссертация
При сравнительном анализе аминокислотных последовательностей НА1 отечественных штаммов с эталонными вирусами и вирусами предыдущих лет выделения были выявлены замены в 45 позициях, 30 из которых оказались существенными и характеризовались сменой заряда или полярности аминокислот.
