Препарат S. boulardii достоверно улучшал симптомы как при СРК с диареей, так и при СРК с запорами у большего числа больных (абдоминальная боль 17% против 58% пациентов, р=0,001, неполное опорожнение кишки 18%) против 46% пациентов, р=0,007, метеоризм 20% против 51% пациентов, р=0,002), а также уменьшал выраженность избыточного бактериального роста в кишке (14,4±11,5 ррм н2 против 21,1±16,5 ррм… Читать ещё >
