Диссертация
Среди исследуемых амфифильных полимеров лапрол 6003 и его анионогенпый конъюгат проявляют наибольший модулирующий эффект на свойства плазматической мембраны клеток и внутриклеточный транспорт веществ. Выяснено, что лапрол 6003 и его анионогенный конъюгат являются сильными ингибиторами каталитической активности мембранного Р-гликопротеина, что коррелирует с их способностью усиливать накопление… Читать ещё >
