Диссертация
Для того чтобы на системном уровне выявить физиологическую роль изменения параметров указанных воротных систем, необходимо исследовать импульсную активность в условиях максимально приближенных к адекватным. В методе локальной фиксации потенциала мы исследуем изолированные нейроны, ограниченное время жизни которых, как и ряд других неконтролируемых процессов в данных экспериментальных условиях… Читать ещё >
