Разработан метод распознавания регуляторных районов генов на основе наборов вырожденных мотивов. Метод основан на учете при классификации анализируемой последовательности степени вырожденности встреченных мотивов, характер их взаиморасположения на последовательности, а также уровень их взаимовстречаемости в позитивной выборке.
