Исследование NMDA-рецепторов лимфоцитов человека
Диссертация
Для того чтобы более детально охарактеризовать влияние NMDA на лимфоциты, мы провели исследование с применением метода проточной цитометрии ряда клеточных характеристик. Оказалось, что получасовая инкубация с NMDA приводит к изменению размера и гранулярности лимфоцитов, а также росту АФК в клетках, о чем судили по увеличению флуоресценции внутриклеточного красителя дихлордигидрофлуоресцеина… Читать ещё >
